bubb rubb, an oakland, california native, cares about the people and their rights. when it came to the whistle tip mufflers in oakland, he took a stand and was interviewed on KRON-TV channel four and told the public in the viewing area about the importance of a persons right to choose what they do to their cars.

unfortunately for bubb rubb, and lil sis too, it was deemed illegal by the oakland city council.
